Last Monday was a big night for the YoungDogs—our first results night of the season, and what an unforgettable evening it was!

We’ve partnered with Baskéts for a year-long collaboration aimed at elevating young creatives and giving their work the visibility it deserves. So to kick off the season, we joined forces with the brand to craft an exciting and challenging brief, complete with a €750 store credit prize for the winners!

On November 12th, during our briefing night, Baskéts tasked our creatives with a tough but exciting challenge: come up with a concept that shows how the fashion store Freshcotton is transitioning into Baskéts and how to encourage Freshcottons customers to make the switch to Baskéts. Not an easy brief, but our creatives were more than ready for it.

With over 30 submissions, the Baskéts team, alongside our esteemed guest CD's Alice Isakson from Boomerang and Jasper Vierboom from Wolfstreet, had the difficult job of choosing the winner.

After much deliberation, the winning campaign was revealed, and the results night officially kicked off at Boomerang HQ.

The top spot went to Noa Meihuizen for her brilliant campaign, ‘FC Baskéts - Join The Club and Become a Fresh Fan’. Drawing inspiration from football's iconic transfer window, Noa’s campaign cleverly framed Freshcotton as “retiring” from the game, opening up space for fans to join a new team—FC Baskéts.

Second place went to the dynamic duo Carolina & Arthur, with their clever campaign, ‘The Missing Piece’, while Daniel & Therese took home third place with their heartfelt concept, ‘From Baskéts with Love’.

A huge congratulations to all our winners, and a big thank you to Baskéts for trusting us with this incredible opportunity and for helping creatives grow and develop their portfolios. We can’t wait to see what’s next!
